Tom Lees
Director
Tom is a proud Yorkshireman and passionate about improving leveling-up the North and improving peoples’ life chances.
Previously he was the Head of Corporate Affairs at the FTSE 100 sized consultancy and construction company, Mace Group.
Prior to this he worked for a NYSE listed engineering company, for former Secretary of State for Health, Rt Hon Baroness Virginia Bottomley, and the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP.
Tom has a degree and masters in Theoretical Physics from University College London.
Lucy Hatcher
Head of Operations
Lucy co-ordinates our policy research and events programme.
Growing up and living in Liverpool she has a deep understand about the North’s drivers, economy and differences.
She has a background in project and programme management and an MSc and BA from Liverpool John Moores University.
Dr Sean Worth
Policy Programme Director
Dr Sean Worth is a former Conservative special adviser in Downing Street and head of the Conservative Party’s Policy Unit. As well as working for the Conservative Party professionally, he has held local political roles as an organiser in the voluntary party.
Sean’s policy expertise is largely in domestic economic and social policy, and he has particular interests in regional and local growth.
Sean has a PhD in public policy from the University of Bath, as well as Masters and Bachelors degrees.
